Email support@essayclarity.com from the address on the account and ask. Deletion removes your account, your essays, your school research and your credit history.
I was charged and something went wrong. What now?
Email support@essayclarity.com with the date and the amount. Credits for failed AI actions are refunded automatically, and anything the automatic refund missed is handled by hand.
